Currently with 30 employees dedicated to providing the highest level of senior care, the following Seacoast natives, with more than 78 years of combined senior and healthcare experience, manage The Inn at Spruce Wood. 	Denise Cadorette Executive Director
Denise has over 20 years of experience working with seniors and in the health care industry. Her proven leadership and dedication has led her to manage several assisted living and skilled nursing facilities throughout New England. As Executive Director for The Inn at Spruce Wood, Denise is responsible for managing all aspects of operations. Prior to joining The Inn at Spruce Wood, she was Executive Director of Granite Ledges of Concord, New Hampshire, a 75-unit assisted living community where she led the delivery of the highest level of quality care to residents. Before joining Granite Ledges in 1999, she was an Administrator with Sunrise Care & Rehabilitation in Exeter, New Hampshire, an 80-unit skilled nursing facility. Denise is an active member of the New Hampshire Association of Residential Care Homes and serves on the Board of Directors for ARCH. She received her B.S.W. in Social Work from the University of New Hampshire, Durham, and later completed her graduate work in Health Administration & Planning from New Hampshire College. A New Hampshire native, Denise has one daughter and resides in Hampton, New Hampshire. << back to top

	Louisa Harless Director of Alzheimer's Care
Louisa Harless has over eight years of health care experience in nursing home and rehabilitation settings. Her compassionate and hard-working nature significantly contributes to The Inn at Spruce Wood's extremely high standard of care. As Director of Alzheimer's Care for The Inn at Spruce Wood, Louisa is responsible for overseeing the Alzheimer's/Memory Impairment Program including continuously evaluating and improving upon the program in light of new research and developments and working with individual residents and families to strive for continuous improvement. Prior to joining The Inn at Spruce Wood, she was Assistant Director of Behavioral Services at the North Andover Skilled Care Center in North Andover, Massachusetts. Before joining the North Andover Skilled Care Center, she was a Vocational Counselor at the Lakeview Neuro Rehabilitation Center in the Mount Washington Valley area of New Hampshire where she worked hands-on with and retrained brain injured individuals for future community employment or placement. Louisa is a licensed Certified Nurses Assistant who is also trained in medical assisting, phlebotomy and BLS. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell and lives in Newmarket, New Hampshire. << back to top

	Frances K. Sullivan Marketing Director
Frances has over 25 years of experience in sales, marketing and business development with proven success in account management and new business development. As Marketing Director for The Inn at Spruce Wood, she is responsible for securing new residents for the Inn working with individuals in the community as well as area healthcare providers. Prior to joining The Inn at Spruce Wood, she was Marketing Director of the Sales Division for mortgage broker Residential Mortgage Services, LLC in Sanford, ME. Before joining RMS in 2006, she was Marketing Director & Closer for Priority Title Services in Dover, NH for 5 ½ years, an attorney-owned and operated full-service real-estate closing agency. Frances has an A.S. in Fine Arts from Dean Junior College. She grew up in New England and has also lived and worked in Santa Fe, NM for 16 years, and returned to her roots seven years ago. She now lives in Portsmouth, NH and has a grown daughter and son. << back to top

	Kerri Ann Roy Marketing Director
Kerri Ann has over 6 years of experience in housing and property management. Her effective client relations and problem-solving skills have led her to manage several properties throughout the Northeastern region of Massachusetts. As Marketing Director for The Inn at Spruce Wood, she is responsible for securing new residents for the Inn working with individuals in the community as well as area healthcare providers. She joins The Inn at Spruce Wood from Boston-based WinnResidential where she worked as a Property Manager in Lowell, Massachusetts for one of their 154 unit lease-up facilities. WinnResidential’s multi-family management portfolio includes over 65,000 units across the country. Prior to that she was a Property Manager in Haverhill, MA working for Virginia-based Lincoln Properties. Kerri obtained her Massachusetts real estate license in 2002. She is a native of Kingston, NH and presently lives in Fremont, NH with her husband and daughter. << back to top

	Scott Magri Director of Dining Services
Scott has ten years of experience as a chef catering to the unique needs of the senior population. In particular, his delicious soups keep The Inn at Spruce Wood residents coming back for more. As Director of Dining Services for The Inn at Spruce Wood, Scott is responsible for overseeing the entire kitchen operations, from menu creation to the expediting of meals. Before coming to Spruce Wood, he was Head Chef for Edgewood Life Care Services, a senior residential community in North Andover, MA where he managed all catering, function and in-house engagements and previously was a Night Chef for Ron’s Landing restaurant in Hampton, NH. He received his Associates degree in Culinary Arts and Business Management from Northern Essex Community College in Haverhill, MA and resides in Rollinsford, NH. << back to top

	Nicholas Hassan Maintenance Director
Nicholas Hassan has nearly 30 years of experience in maintenance, painting and carpentry, having worked for hotels throughout the Seacoast. As Maintenance Director for The Inn at Spruce Wood, he is responsible for all routine upkeep of the community and managing vendors to keep the community in its new condition. Before joining The Inn at Spruce Wood, he was Maintenance Director for Meadowmere Resort Hotel in Ogunquit, ME where he was responsible for overall hotel maintenance and daily facility operations. Prior to Meadowmere, he was Maintenance Manager at the Days Inn Hotel & Conference Center in Kittery, ME. His experience has included working at the Sheraton Portsmouth Hotel & Conference Center, the Meadowbrook Inn in Portsmouth and being a member of the construction battalion for the U.S. Navy’s Seabee’s. He lives in Raymond, NH and has a grown daughter and son. << back to top
